Best experience ever we went to add a line for our Daughter ❤️ and let me just say we had the best time I believe the ladies name was Anna I wasn’t able to catch the guys name that helped us but wow best customer service me and my daughter just kept laughing and laughing and so was the workers usually times like that are stressful and overwhelming, but not at all. We were able to add a line and get a new phone as well as a phone case and screen protector. They even helped my daughter transfer stuff from her other phone to her new phone with no Problem right before we were leaving they offered us a free towel and some baking utensils are usually avoid going into MetroPCS just because I feel that people that work there don’t enjoy their job and tend to come off as being rude but let me just say these two workers really enjoyed working there and their personalities were amazing. We had the best time and kept laughing and laughing I’m definitely gonna be coming back here anytime I need any help with MetroPCS. Thank you so much for such a good time and thank you for helping us with starting a new line. View on Google
