I went to Metro by Tmobile in Reparto Metropolitano Shopping Center to switch my line from Boost to Metro and the process was seamless. It took about 25 minutes to complete the transfer with absolutely zero issues. Ana's customer service was EXCEPTIONAL, she was very knowledgeable, sweet and took care of everything Flawlessly! I already had a line with Metro Tmobile and was very pleased with their service, so I had no doubt in my mind to add a second line. I highly recommend all Boost Mobile clients to switch and If you want the best Customer Service please go to their store at Reparto Metropolitano and ask for Ana!
