Hector at the MetroPCS in Seabrook, New Hampshire deserves 10 out of 10 service. He truly went above and beyond for us. He was the only person working at the time and still managed to help multiple customers without ever losing his positive attitude.
Even when things weren’t looking good with our situation, Hector stayed calm, patient, and determined to find a solution. He went to great lengths to get us the help we needed and never made us feel rushed or like we were a burden.
It’s rare to find customer service like this nowadays. His professionalism, kindness, and work ethic really stood out. If you’re going to the Seabrook location, ask for Hector you won’t be disappointed!
