We have been with the selinsgrove metro now for many years and never had an issue in store. Every person I've met in store has been absolutely top notch on knowledge, politeness, and getting the job done correctly and as efficiently as possible. And yes it's true, when there is a line of people all wanting different things from 1 or maybe 2 workers, they can get overwhelmed and understaffed very quickly. But with that being said, they still keep they're calm and muster through it, with a certain professional pizzazz that you won't find anywhere else! (in my opinion!) So keep up the good work and professional quality sales. Ive went into other stores like a.t.t and Verizon and I've left with a less than good feeling about myself, because I felt judged by my appearance or clothes I wore or I just didn't make the money they believed I should be making to own a certain type of phone, or I lived at the wrong area because the service there wasn't 5bar star worthy! And let me tell you after so many experiences like that, more and more I walk into metro PC in selinsgrove the more I KNOW they really care about their customers and the service they provide through T-Mobile, so I have to say I'm not just making up a story, I'm telling the difference and truth of my experiences between this store and other competitors around the area! So metro by T-Mobile in selinsgrove is well worth the visit. And I love that my bill stays absolutely consistent every month it never fluctuates and stays eg. $150 / month and that's no b.s! What you pay for is what you get, no hidden fees and no hidden taxes, it's always the same, unless you choose to make a change or they make a change for you. Love everything about this store and the people that run it from the top to the bottom. Thank you ALL very much!
