Today I went to get my phone situated cause my sim card was locked and I had no access to my phone or anything, I even lost my voice and could barely talked. I got help from Chelsea (I hope i remember the name right), who was patient, extremely helpful, and did everything she could to help me, she really deserves a raise if she has not received one yet, she called her higher ups, she helped me reset my account to give me access, and she had an amazing personality while doing so, and she was very understanding of my current situation. I am still waiting to see if my phone will be back on but her service and help alone, gives this place 5 stars for me.

I know I'm jumping off of every single comment here but I am also here to uplift Ashley's customer service. I'm actually not surprised she has so many, because she is just genuinely a great person and also awesome at customer service. This review is wayyyyy late but I did tell her I was gonna lift her up on a Google review. Not only was she so nice and very helpful with my cell phone needs, we also connected on a spiritual level. That was hands down the best experience I ever had going in for a cellphone. I hope everything beautiful this world has to offer finds her because she deserves it. She's a hard worker and genuinely enjoys being there for others. I was having such a rough time too and she cheered me right up. Gave me a really pretty bookmark that I actually used now on my current read. She's a blessing to many that I'm sure are frustrated with their cellphone and then she comes along very helpful and addressing what the person would be coming in for. Everyone should go here instead of glenolden lol 🙏
