This is the best store I have been to. So professional, knowledgeable and they know what they're doing. Was on the phone with the help desk for an hr and a half. The lady could barely speak English and she had no clue as to what was going on. She continued to place me on hold while she checked a book and never helped at all. Wifi box showed out of range. Painful experience.......

Quick Story on Why This Place Deserves 5⭐s!
So, my internet provider is in the middle of updating our lines, which means—yep, you guessed it—no internet! I've been on a mini adventure, like a "Diet Dora the Explorer," trying to find a solution that works for my home. Stay with me!
I went to every store I could think of, looking for a hotspot or router (5G, if you’re wondering). I even tried my phone carrier, but they were out of stock on everything, and the few options available just didn’t work for my address.
My last resort was an expensive $600 hotspot, but of course, they were out of stock too! 😩 I vented to my friend about my internet struggles, and she suggested I check out Metro. Why she didn’t tell me sooner is a mystery for sure!
With just 30 minutes to spare, I called the Metro location on 12 and Evergreen, and guess who picked up? Heaven (not her real name, but she was an angel in disguise)! Seriously, this lady had all the answers I needed—thank you, Heaven!
When I got to the store, the price matched what I had been quoted over the phone. They had a mobile router (5G) that was only $10 for existing customers! I was so close to spending $600, and then they saved me! The team not only helped me figure out how to use the router but also taught me a neat iPhone tip for finding my Wi-Fi network that I didn’t even know existed!
I left feeling super happy and even with some cash saved. I treated myself to a new pair of gym shoes with that extra money, but shhh, don’t tell my other half!
So, if you’re on the hunt for amazing service and honesty, definitely check this place out! You won’t regret it!
