I can’t say enough good things about the amazing employee Aham, who helped my fiancé and me at Metro. We came in to get a new business phone—already a big task—but we also had our two autistic kids with us. Not only was it past closing time, but we later learned he had already been working all day.
Despite that, he treated us with patience, kindness, and genuine care from start to finish. He never once made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that our kids felt at ease, all while walking us through every step of getting our new phone set up.
This kind of customer service is rare and priceless. He turned what could have been a stressful, overwhelming situation into an easy, even enjoyable experience. Metro is lucky to have someone with such dedication, professionalism, and heart on their team.
