Today when I was at Metro, I saw some customers being really mean, rude, and disrespectful to Moe. They were talking to him in a way that no one should be treated. Even though they were acting like that, Moe stayed calm, kind, and respectful the whole time. He never raised his voice or treated them badly.
It made me realize how important patience is. Working with customers all day can't be easy, but Moe still helped everyone with a smile, including me. He treated me with kindness and made sure I had a good experience.
People should remember that workers deserve respect too. You never know what someone is going through, and being patient and kind can make a big difference. Moe handled the situation in a professional way, and I really appreciated seeing that.
