I had a great experience at the Metro by T-Mobile on 905 West March Lane. Sam, Abdul Sami, and Nathan are seriously some of the best reps I’ve dealt with. They were all super friendly, patient, and really knew what they were talking about.
They took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me find the best plan for my needs, and made sure I left completely satisfied. What stood out most was how they worked together as a team and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you’re going to this location, definitely ask for Sam, Abdul Sami, or Nathan—they’ll take great care of you!
