I went to the metro by t .mobile. My wi fi box quit working. I purchased a refurbished one, works.. as though it is new. I had to return as I had two wi fis now...In order to make a change of any sorts..the staff must call the head.. quarters. This ordeal took three plus hours. Mike (the manager)was awesome,the staff use..to be able to complete these tasks in the store. Now they must call about every little thing. Mike was patient as could be,as the people continued to try and up sale me,change my plan. Mike has nerves of steel! Mike is very polite..,respectful to customers and the people he spoke to on the phone. Alot of work for Mike,just to cancel a wi. fi plan. Mike and the staff should not have to be subjected to that,and customers should not have to wait 3 plus hours,..to cancel a wi fi? The Manager ..(Mike) and the other staff are awesome!! 3 plus hours is a long time; for something the staff use to be able to do in the stores,in a few minutes time...The staff needs some of their power back.

I had no problems in this store I did only go in it for questions I wanted answers to. The employees was very courteous and very professional answered my questions and I was in a happy State when I left.
