Jay was absolutely awesome. He went out of his way and took the time and care to call 611 for me to handle being locked out of my pin and resetting it. He was compassionate understanding, Friendly and extremely helpful. I no longer wanted to stay with Metro, so the fact that he still took the initiative to help me get the transfer pin and account information and sometime out of his day, even though he wasn’t making anything off of it really speaks a lot about his character and care for customers and his job Thank you for doing the right thing. Highly recommend the store.
