The store manager Sam went SO far above and beyond to help me access my account and get my number switched over to my new device after I broke my old one. Corporate policy and procedure have changed since the last time I replaced my device several years ago, so it ended up being a relatively complicated, time consuming process that required overrides, and he didn't bat an eye at the challenge. He was patient, congenial, and exceptionally kind throughout the process, and helped me to make the necessary changes to my account and apps to reduce snags in future phone switch-overs. He managed to turn an extremely stressful situation around, and seemed genuinely happy to do so. I am so thankful for his help. Someone with authority had better give this man a fat raise, a Christmas bonus, and an all expenses paid vacation, because he deserves it for saving my day! Suffice to say I'd go well out of my way to visit this specific location in the future, especially if I need extra help.

After reading the reviews for this store I drove past several to go to this one and I am glad I did. Sam really takes pride in taking the best care of each person that walks in the door. In all my 50 years of living this was the most pleasant and seamless purchase of a new phone and service I have ever had. I came to metro in a real pickle, well I had the pleasure of having Sam help me. Not only did he have everything I need for my cellular needs, he had some special sauce to add to my day to just make the icing on the cake that much better ;). 10/10 go to Sam if you need some help.
