    When I tell you great customer service, Ali is the man. Patience is a must. I came in to transfer a line and get the iPhone 16 and the other company was on some other stuff and Ali stayed 40 minutes after close to satisfy his customer. View on Google

    My apple phone was an older phone and was starting to have some issues. I went to three stores on a Sunday afternoon looking for help with no success. I stopped by the store on Eureka Road in Taylor and met Ali. Ali was so helpful, kind, patient and very professional. He went above and beyond to help me! I would highly recommend this store over another store T-Mobile. Ali provided fantastic customer service!! View on Google

    These guys are awesome!...I was in the hospital for surgery and couldn't pay my bill for over a month and a half and needed my same phone number that I had that belonged to my wife that passed away recently from complications due to a severe car accident and the guys were able to help me with everything that I needed!...everyone is super friendly here and very very helpful!...this is the only store I will go to!
