Just had the best metro experience in years of service with this company. Its been very common for Metro to have employees with the absolute worst attitudes. However, today was remarkably different with Beverly. Beverly went above and beyond with my mobile needs. I was very happy to spend time with her as she was helpful and has a friendly personality. Beverly was on shift with Alma who was also a pleasure to speak with. The two of them should be taken care of, as they now lead with the best customer servece ive had in YEARS with metro. I will say, who ever I spoke to over the phone hung up abruptly after we determined I was unhappy with the price increase of switching to T-Mobile. All in all, a good experience but there are still basics to be improved upon. View on Google

This was the best experience I ever had with the many years I been with Metro and I have Brandi to thank she was very nice,respectful, very knowledgeable about any questions I had an most of all very professional Hands down the best experience I had since I been with all my last up grade was in 2019 if that say something love my phone service! But I believe Mrs.Brandy deserve an very healthy raise or bonus or something she did a AWESOME JOB!!! View on Google

Brandi was awesome and so was the manager. I had trouble on the app trying to switch devices. Went to the store and Brandi helped me get both phones switched over in less than 20 minutes. I really appreciated her patience and willingness to help. Will continue to use this store. View on Google

I finally got fed up with my horrible data plan with spectrum and decided to check out metro mobile. Boy am I glad I did. The ladies in this store took fantastic care of me. They answered every question I had. And informed me on opportunities I can take advantage of in the future. They set up my phone and invited me to come in with any questions or concerns.
