The gentleman working on 817 26th I cannot remember his name but she was in there at 6:00 when I went in he went above and beyond his work duties he held the door for me and he used his charger to charge my phone because it was about to die and I needed it for the money to get on the bus and I did not have enough on me to actually buy a charger he deserves a raise View on Google

Bought a new phone... from another location..visited this location because I was having problems getting text messages with photos once I left my home. Joey was working...he listened to what I was telling him. It worked as long as I was at the store..when I would leave..it wouldn't work. After an hour he had the problem solved. Was kind..funny and patient. Treated us like he knew us. Need a phone or have an issue..see Joey. View on Google

Joe at the store on Laskey is wonderful. Quick, efficient and friendly. My phone wasn’t working all night long for some reason, brought it in, Joe did a factory reset and had it up and running, with a new screen protector in less than five minutes. I'm 41 years old since I was 18 I have bought cell phones myself and dealt with the carriers and the MetroPCS stores. Even though most times I have received decent service it has never been anywhere close to the customer service I received from Ryan at this location. I implore anyone looking for a service needing help or wanting to migrate to T-Mobile to please go see him. If I could give 20 Stars I would! Go see ryan!! I know me and my family will!
