The Metro by T-Mobile in the Hannaford Plaza, Utica, is the best phone store I’ve been to! The customer service here is incredible—the staff are welcoming, patient, and really go above and beyond to help. They took the time to show me different devices, explain the plans in detail, and made sure I found something that fit both my needs and budget.
When I picked my phone, they set it up right there in the store, transferred all my information, and walked me through everything step by step so I didn’t leave confused. The device works great, the service has been reliable, and I left feeling confident about my purchase.
