I had been without internet for several days and was extremely frustrated after my WiFi router issue was not properly resolved. Muzammil was my first point of contact, but my device was not thoroughly troubleshooted, and I left feeling like my concerns were not addressed.
When I returned to the Metro by T-Mobile store in Victorville to check on the status of the new router, Kayla and Gizar provided exceptional customer service. They listened to my concerns, took the time to troubleshoot the same router I drop off, and had it working again in about 10 minutes. Their quick response saved me from waiting even longer for a replacement and got me back online right away.
Kayla and Gizar were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping. They turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I truly appreciate their outstanding support. Because of their efforts, I would highly recommend the Victorville store and want to thank them for their excellent service.
