I came here awhile back looking for a mobile service and have been getting service here for a few years at this point. I have been in the store for multiple reasons over that time. Most recently for a power jack repair (which honestly I didn't know was possible and was afraid I'd have to get a new phone). I have interacted with 3 or 4 different employees at this location at this point. All have been great experiences. I'm kicking myself for forgetting the gentleman who is often the one behind the counter (bearded guy), but he's fantastic. He makes ya feel like family when ya walk in, and always sorts out my issues and quick. My last visit when I was worried about my power plug he took a look and after only 30ish minutes he had my phone charging like it was new again, and the service fee was more than fair. He could have taken advantage of my ignorance and talked me into expensive replacement options, but he was honest and looking out for his customer. If anyone is looking for service or a phone, I can't recommend this place enough. Every single time I leave I walk out satisfied and smiling. Great customer service, affordable plans, nice phones and the staff is who I would hope to have if it was my business. I'll be a customer here for as long as they're around.

Highly recommend this place. First he saved a lot of money by getting a free phone with the migration to t mobile all I had to pay is taxed and I received the phone in 2 days! And he transferred all my information from my all phone as well
