I’ve been coming to this MetroPCS for a while now and it’s honestly my go-to spot. I always try to go to the same lady because she’s helped me so many times and always gets everything handled.
Every time I walk in, it’s a smooth experience. They don’t make things complicated and actually take the time to go over what you need without making you feel rushed. I like that they’re real with you about what options are best for you instead of just trying to sell you something.
If I ever have an issue, they take care of it right away and make sure everything is good before I leave. It’s quick, easy, and I know I can count on them every time I come in.

This MetroPCS location honestly has some of the best staff I’ve dealt with at any phone store. The whole team is helpful, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They make sure you understand everything about your service, plans, and any promotions that are going on. You can tell they really care about giving customers the best service possible.
What really stands out to me though is one of the ladies who works there. She has become my go-to person whenever I need help. Every time I walk in and she assists me, I know I’m going to leave with the best experience. She’s patient, professional, and always finds a way to make sure I leave happier than when I walked in.
Because of her and the great staff overall, I always trust this location when I need help with my phone or upgrades. It’s rare to find service this good nowadays, and they consistently deliver every time I visit.
