    I went to the MetroPCS store on Pontiac Trail expecting just to cancel my service, but I ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Zena was incredible from the moment I walked in. Even though I wasn’t there to buy anything, she treated me with complete respect and kindness. She made me feel like family, not just another customer. Zena went above and beyond to help me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left completely satisfied. The way she handled everything honestly made me second guess canceling my service. That’s how amazing she was. I’ve been to other Metro stores where the staff was rude or acted like they couldn’t be bothered, but this location is on a whole different level. If you want to be treated right and actually feel valued, go see Zena at the Pontiac Trail store in Wixom. She’s the reason I’ll tell everyone I know to go there. View on Google
