Sree clearly explained how to use the myMetro app, how the Tuesday offers work, and helped me understand all my plan options so I could choose the best one for my needs. There was no pressure, just honest and helpful service.
The whole process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service Sree provided. I highly recommend this location and especially recommend asking for Sree if you visit!

Be careful of Sree. The above review I did not write at all. She was setting up the app on my phone and decided to leave herself a very detailed review that I did not know about. Which in actuality is an invasion of my privacy, because why are you in any other parts of my phone! She could have went through pictures, passwords I have saved, financial info or anything. I simply will never know. Because the whole time she had my phone for 20-30 min I thought she was setting up the app and paying my bill but whole time she's leaving misleading reviews on my account about an experience that obviously didn't happen after seeing this fake review that "SHE" left herself on my account! Be careful. She did do what I asked and got done what I came in there for but I don't know it just feels weird that she did that!
