    I usually have issues when dealing with Metro (in store) but this time, it was like I was in a new, different place. Sree was so friendly and helpful and was honestly the best customer service and experience I've ever had with MetroPCS. This location is now the only MeteoPCS store I will go to. View on Google

    I had a really great experience at Metro. The store was clean and organized, and everything felt smooth from start to finish. What stood out the most was Sree—she was awesome and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made switching from T-Mobile to Metro super easy and stress-free. I had been paying a pretty high price at T-Mobile, and Sree took the time to explain better options that saved me money without sacrificing what I needed. Overall, the service was excellent, and I really appreciated the patience and knowledge Sree showed. Definitely recommend this location if you’re thinking about switching! View on Google
