Jersey, Avare, Peyton, Kyle, and Levi at this location KILLED it today!!! I am a clueless 50-year-old when it comes to cell phones and tech stuff as a whole. I fully expected to leave the store crying in frustration over changing carriers and trying to transfer phones for our family of 4. This team hit it out of the park with customer service and patience. Levi, especially as he was the lucky one that greeted me at the door having ZERO idea what he was in for. He handled my high anxiety with patience and a calm demeanor. The rest of the team jumped in and helped at the end even putting on the screen protectors! I was in the store about 2 hours but there was a lot to get done and another service provider to contend with. I could not have expected it to be done any quicker. I was even alerted to the fact that I had missed out on a promotion by not trading in our current phones and that meant a-whole-nother process needed to be initiated and I left with good instructions on what to do next. Thank you so much!

Was very frustrated that all of the metro stores closed a few years ago, but this location just opened!! Service was fantastic, and both of the employees inside were attentive and helpful, and offered me multiple options for fixing my problem.
