⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience with Melody at Metro! I honestly can’t thank Melody enough for all the help she gave me these past few days. Getting a new phone and trying to figure out my transfer PIN was so stressful, but she was there every step of the way helping me through everything. She was so patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. What I appreciated the most was how she kept me super calm during such a stressful situation. She never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her, and she truly did everything she could to help me get everything figured out. Her customer service was amazing, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping her customers.
