Cynthia at Metro by T-Mobile on 1st Avenue is the reason I keep coming back — and the reason my friends do too.
From the moment you walk in, Cynthia treats you like family. She knows her stuff inside and out, takes her time to make sure you're getting exactly what you need, and somehow makes a trip to a phone store genuinely enjoyable. She's patient, honest, and goes out of her way to take care of her customers — not because she has to, but because that's just who she is.
