Clayton was as patient as a saint when dealing with my switching from another carrier with a phone I bought outside of the store. There was an issue with the phone and he stayed on the phone for over an hour just trying to help me fix the issue with the customer service center. He was helpful, honest, calm and reassuring. All 3 of the sales floor reps at this store were very friendly, helpful and happy to greet all the customers that came into the store the past 2 days I spent trying to get my phone straightened out. Where other reps would have given up , Clayton took responsibility for making sure my metro service was working and also transferred my other family members to Metro without any issues quickly. A stressful situation made a little less bc someone was willing to help me without complaint or attitude. Thank you to all of you, especially Clayton. View on Google

Came in today to get my husband's phone fixed. He eventually needed a new phone. Clayton was AMAZING!!! He ended up assisting and getting both of us a new phone for an even better price. The customer service was great and he was patient and knowledgeable. Come see him if you need assistance. View on Google
